And of course, we tell you that Ferris Home Improvements is the best company to do your home renovations and repairs (we are).  So instead of us telling you that again, we thought we’d let others tell you in their own words.

Great job from start to finish. We got a few estimates for a new roof.  Ferris’ quote was competitive, and their excellent warranty and reviews tipped the scales in their favor.  Matt’s estimate was thorough and complete – talking us through the whole process. Getting a new roof is a complicated, loud, and messy process. Ryan and the crew did everything to make the 2-day project as easy as possible. I was especially amazed at the workers. They worked the entire time, exclusively focused on the job at hand – no wasted time. It was a hot day, so we brought them some water ice. 🙂  When they were done, you’d never have known there had been a tear-off, power tools, etc. doing their job. Just a beautiful new roof.

 What sets Ferris apart, from my point of view, is their approach – I never felt like I was being sold something – it was a natural conversation that was more informative & helpful than it was any type of sales pitch.  Ferris’s Spencer Malcom, listened to our needs, quickly assessed our options and delivered a detailed plan that was based off our conversation and not a one-size-fits all approach.  After being through other sales pitches, you cannot appreciate how refreshing this type of engagement is.  Also, the intimate knowledge Spencer had about our neighborhood & home type was not only impressive but reassuring.

We had Ferris come out to do many projects on our home. They always communicate about the process. This time we had our roof replaced, our railings replaced on our porch, and a new fire-resistant door installed between our garage and house. Each job was handled professionally. The end products are beautiful.

I highly recommend Ferris Home Improvements. I recently worked with Kristina to schedule an appointment for what I thought would be a roof repair.  It turns out that it was not flashing around my chimney that needed replacing but drain pipes elbows on the front and back roof of the house to lead the water away from where the roof splits. [The repair person] showed up promptly at 8 am.  He was very knowledgeable and was able to make the repair the same day.  I appreciate his honesty and integrity especially since two other companies wanted to tear my roof apart!  I would definitely recommend Ferris Home Improvement for your repair needs.

We just had our entire house re-roofed with Ferris Roofing. Some parts of the roof were 30 years old, and we had numerous leaky areas. The experience with Ferris was wonderful. All aspects of the work were very coordinated, from having all the supplies and waste dumpster there on time to having an 8-person crew to do the job. Our large roof (40 squares) was completely stripped, repaired where required, and re-roofed in two days. All the clean-up was excellent. Immediately following the roofing Cory and Anthony promptly arrived to cap all our windows (9 windows) and finish up the trim work. All-in-all, from beginning of the project to the end was a total of 4 consecutive working days. Our new roof was on in less than a week and all cleanup was completely done (including removal of the dumpster)!
